Return to Duty Program (NON-DOT)

We offer the return to duty program entirely online.  Our fee for the evaluation, follow-up, and reporting process is $450.  Regarding the mandatory education class, you will be given referrals to online resources that you may choose from to complete your online course at no additional cost.  If you do not have any present substance abuse or addiction issues, you can potentially complete everything in a week or less.   

This program covers those with a non-dot violation that needs to be cleared so that you may return to a specific employer such as S&B, Turner Industries, etc., and clear violations through third-party administrators such as DISA, ASAP, etc.

The fee you pay for this program covers your initial evaluation, follow-up, reporting process., and mandatory course.  Your mandatory education class is covered at no additional charge should you choose one of the non-profit agencies we refer to that offer no-cost services.

We offer the return to duty program entirely online.  Our fee for the evaluation, follow-up, and reporting process is $550.  Regarding the mandatory education class, you will be given referrals to online resources you may choose from at no additional cost.  If you do not have any present substance abuse or addiction issues, you can potentially complete everything in a week or less as we offer RUSH services.   

This program covers those with a DOT violation against their CDL, including the FMCSA Clearinghouse.  Upon completion, you will be eligible to take a return to duty drug screen with an employer or on your own through a C/TPA.  Once completed, you will be reinstated to drive a commercial vehicle.  

The fee you pay for this program covers your initial evaluation, follow-up, reporting process, and mandatory course. Your mandatory education class is covered at no additional charge should you choose one of the agencies we refer to that offer no-cost services through their non-profit agencies.

We offer 3 different payment options to choose from to meet your needs:

  • Pay in Full
  • Split Payment (pay half to get started then pay the balance at the end)
  • Payment Plan (pay over time with Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.)

Program Steps:

Step 1: Make payment with one of the links provided above.

Step 2: Create an account in the Client Portal by visiting www.affordable-evaluations.com.  Once you are logged into your account, click on the service you paid for which will be Return to Duty Program.  Then follow the program steps and instructions. These steps include the admin packet, evaluation packet, scheduling of your video call, education class, and follow-up video call appointment.  Once completed, your final report will be sent to the agency of record, and you will receive a certificate of completion to keep for your records.  

No Unnecessary Referrals:

Please note that we are not a treatment program, nor are we affiliated with one, which means we will not recommend services for you that are not needed.  You are guaranteed fair evaluation results as we have no incentive to refer you to treatment programs that are not needed or appropriate for you. We will not make you jump through hoops that stretch out into weeks and sometime months as some programs do.  Rest assured; you will receive as few recommendations as possible.
