Alcohol Drug Evaluations (Standard SAE Evaluation)

We offer the alcohol drug evaluation process online and the fee for an alcohol drug assessment is $150.  This fee is for a standard substance abuse (alcohol & drug) assessment only. 

Payment Options:
We offer 2 different payment options to choose from to meet your needs:

  • ONE PAYMENT – Make the $150 payment in full 
  • PAYMENT PLAN/INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS – payments over time through third-party financial apps such as AFTERPAY, PAYPAL, AFFIRM, and KLARNA, etc. This would allow you to get started with a few dollars down and complete the program prior to being paid in full.  Please click on the payment link to see the available third-party payment plan methods.  If your browser is logged into Link, you must log out to see all the available pay overtime selections.

If you prefer a payment plan, once you click on the above purchase link, you may choose from a list of third-party providers who offer pay-over-time options.  These include Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.  Simply click on the provider and follow the steps.

 This would allow you to get started with a few dollars down and complete the program before being paid in full. 

Program Steps:

  • Step 1: Make payment with the link provided above.
  • Step 2: You will receive a link via email to your client portal.  If you do not receive your link, please check your junk folder or contact our office.  
  • Step 3: Complete the documents in your client portal then book your appointment.  A standard appointment is available at no additional charge.  If you need a rush appointment, we offer a standard rush that will deliver your evaluation report within 24 hours of your scheduled video call appointment for $55 or same day turnaround on the entire process for an additional $100.  Rush fees are payable after the video call has concluded.      
  • Step 4: Once your video call is completed, you will receive your clinical report according to the appointment you booked: (standard appointment = less than a week, standard rush = next day, and same day turnaround = on the same day)

No Unnecessary Referrals:

Please note that we are not a treatment program, nor are we affiliated with one, which means we will not recommend services for you that are not needed.  You are guaranteed fair evaluation results as we have no incentive to refer you to treatment programs that are not needed or appropriate for you. Your recommendations will be specific to you and your case.

Important to Know:

Please make sure you are allowed to complete an online assessment.   If needed, you, your case manager, attorney, or probation officer may verify your evaluator’s credentials.

Our evaluations are accepted in almost all cases as your evaluator is licensed for multiple states and nationally certified.  However, it is impossible for us to know if your specific case will accept our clinical evaluation.  It is your responsibility to confirm evaluation acceptance on your end with your case manager, attorney, or state agency.  

With this said, the following scenarios or services we are certain we cannot assist with:

  • If you live in Iowa and need an assessment for Iowa 
  • If you live in Oklahoma and need an assessment for Oklahoma 
  • If you live in Colorado and need an assessment for Colorado
  • If you live in Nevada and need and assessment for Nevada
  • If you live in North Carolina and need an assessment for North Carolina
  • If you need a driver’s license reinstatement for Georgia or your driver’s license has been suspended/revoked for Georgia 
  • If you have been charged with impaired driving or need a driver’s license reinstatement for New York
  • If you need a driver’s license reinstatement for Washington
  • Michigan driver’s license reinstatement unless you live in Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, Washington, or New York 
  • Illinois driver’s license reinstatement unless you live in Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, Washington, or New York
