Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had the pleasure of having Tammy perform my assessment. She was kind, professional, and made me feel like an actual human being. She did not judge me for a mistake I had made, and didn’t treat me like it defined me. In a time in my life that has been extremely difficult to navigate, expensive, and time consuming, she made the difference! Would absolutely recommend her for any of the services she offers!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing. My license was revoked in 2015 and I couldn't ever get it back, mostly because I couldn't get any cooperation from evaluators. After all this time Affordable Evaluations came through and I finally got my license back. Everything from service to communication went great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Affordable Evaluations was a fantastic place to get my evaluation completed. Unfortunately, when other places offer both the evaluation and treatment plan, all they care about are self referrals for the treatment. Affordable Evaluations does not have this conflict of interest, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an evaluation.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Was reached out to personally after I missed my appointment. I didnt ask clearly how it worked, I was reaching out via text and everything was email. So missing my appointment was on my end and I left a bad review cause I thought id just been left behind. They reached out explained what I needed to do and got me rescheduled before my deadline when they didnt have to. I apologize for quick accusations and thanks for working me in and getting it taken care of. Great customer service and appreciate the help.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tammy is where it’s at. Need it quick, she got you. Need it from a place that isn’t gonna tell you that you need inpatient,’and they just so happen to have their own inpatient program right behind the doors to the left. Nah nah my friend….she’ll send you out the doors to the right, of course, only if it’s appropriate. The site made me a little nervous b/c the way you gotta pay up front to check out the portal. And it seemed almost to good to be true. But I trusted the reviews and it was all good. I spent the evening answering a litany of tests and q’s on her patient portal. And then we had an interview appt via Telehealth. I didn’t require any extra testing or anything and my reason for the evaluation was simple. But she’s hella certified for all kinds of acronyms I didn’t even know, like if you’re trying to get back to work and stuff.

She is in a later time zone that me, and still responded right away on a Friday evening, and I paid a little extra for a rush appt the next Monday. And boom, a few hrs later, I was emailed and printed a solid report (and she’d said she’d get me the report Tuesday, so it was even faster than she said). I needed it for my lawyer, as I was party to a simple contract that had a clause a standard substance abuse evaluation “SAE” was required. I’d talked to my lawyer that Friday, and he said to try and get this out of the way asap, so we could wrap things up and save me lawyer $$$ time. He said if I had trouble finding a place he’d help out (of course for $). And when I went into his office today (Monday) to sign some docs. He mentioned the Evaluation, and I plopped Miss Tammy Saymour’s professional report on his desk. And he straight laughed b/c how fast I had it for him, and looked it over and said “wow, good work man.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. AA, is the best way to get back on the road making money. The process is easy and quick, Ms. Tammy will have you under a load before you know. Take it from me. I was ready to call it quits and instead of face this issue head on I was thinking maybe it's time to retire. Then I found Ms. Tammy, a kind gentle knowledgeable SAP that guided me never judging me only helping me to get back to work. I would recommend her and AA to all and any driver who had been dupt by the clearinghouse. Ms. Tammy will have you back driving in record time. Without her I'd be collecting my social security right now, but instead I'm back making money driving big trucks down the big road once again. And I'm clean and sober for the first time in 52 years .. Thanks to AA

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tammy was more than helpful in my situation. I had not got any information or any help from anyone with my driving assessment for the DMV out of state. It's been over ten years since I have had my driver's license and with her recommendations and her professional services she provided I was able to get them reinstated immediately after her assessment. Please call her if you need any kind of help with getting back to work or anything with assessments or similar. She was great.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I believe compare to other SAP's she was fair and nice and she is giving you a schedule and simple to do tasks. Reminders were coming every day and even before your calls in order for you not to miss your calls.. 5 star for me. Thank you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I interviewed several companies who offered SAP evaluations to resolve a Clearinghouse violation and receive a RTD status. All the other companies made what seemed to be a complicated, timely, and costly process until I called Affordable Evaluation. Tammy listened to my situation, explained the process, time frame and costs so clearly, that she was the logical choice.
Her attention and prompt communication throughout allow me to gain Return To Duty status and back to work faster than I hope. Highly recommend, thank you Tammy!
