Before signing up, it is a good idea to make sure you are allowed to complete an online assessment. If needed, you, your case manager, attorney, or probation officer may verify your evaluator’s credentials.
Our evaluations are accepted in almost all cases as your evaluator is licensed for multiple states and is nationally certified. However, it is impossible for us to know if your specific case will accept our clinical evaluation. This is your responsibility to confirm with your case manager.

Once your appointment is completed, your report is typically delivered within 24–48 hours, depending on agency requirements. Expedited options are also available if your situation is urgent. We offer same-day and next day rush services for most cases if needed.

Are your evaluations accepted by courts, probation, DOT, employers, and other agencies?
For most cases, yes (see the map above). But is alway a good idea to check with your case manager to see if they except our credential and online options. We provide approved evaluations for Court, Probation, Attorney requests, Family Court, DOT SAP, CDL, DISA, ASAP, NASAP, Professional Boards, and Driver’s License Reinstatement.
