Responsibility:
Court/Legal Evaluation: It is your responsibility to make sure this service will be approved by the agency requiring you to get the evaluation.
Return to Duty Program: It is your responsibility to make sure you have an open violation which requires you to take the return to duty program. It is also your responsibility to find out if you have a suspension date they may impact your return to duty eligibility.
Refund Schedule:
Once payment is made and nothing else has been completed, you may receive a full refund less a $25-dollar administrative fee.
Once payment is made, your documents have been signed, you may receive a refund less a $50-dollar administrative fee.
Once payment is made, documents have been signed, and you have reserved an appointment on our calendar, you may receive a refund less a $75-dollar administrative fee.
Once payment is made, documents have been signed, an appointment has been reserved on our calendar, and the video call has been completed, you will NOT be entitled to a refund of any amount.
