If you’ve failed a DOT/FAA-mandated drug or alcohol test, or refused testing, the FAA requires you to be evaluated by a Substance Abuse Professional prior to returning to your position. We offer the return to duty program required to meet the FAA guidelines.
Medical Clearance – MRO Required Assessment
We offer the required assessment needed as part of medical clearance/medical recertification for violations of FAA drug and alcohol regulations (as outlined in 14 CFR Part 120 and aligned with DOT rules in 49 CFR Part 40, Subpart O). This assessment is a comprehensive 8-12 page narrative report meeting the requirements for FAA rules.

Step 2: Once payment is made, you will receive a link to your client portal so that you may complete the online documents and schedule your initial evaluation appointment. A standard appointment is available at no additional charge. If you need a rush appointment, we offer a standard rush that allow you to schedule sooner.
Step 3: Complete all recommendations made.
Step 4: Once you have completed all your recommendations, you will schedule your follow-up evaluation so that your final report can be completed and you may move forward the FAA and or your employer.
