We offer the SAP DOT return to duty program entirely online. Our fee for the evaluation, follow-up, and reporting process is $550. Regarding the mandatory education class, you will be given referrals to online resources at no additional cost (education class only).
This program covers those with a DOT USCG or non-USCG marine violation that needs to be cleared so that you may return to a specific employer or reinstate your mariner license.
The fee you pay for this program covers your initial evaluation, follow-up, and reporting process. Your mandatory education class is covered at no additional charge should you choose one of the agencies we refer to that offer no-cost services through their non-profit agencies.

Step 1: Make payment with one of the links provided above.
Step 2: Once payment is made, you will receive a link to your client portal so that you may complete the online documents and schedule your initial evaluation appointment.
Step 3: You will then work to complete the recommendations made.
Step 4: Once you have completed all your recommendations, you will schedule your follow-up evaluation so that your final report can be completed and you may move forward the USCG and or your employer.
Please note that we are not a treatment program, nor are we affiliated with one, which means we will not recommend services for you that are not needed. You are guaranteed fair evaluation results as we have no incentive to refer you to treatment programs that are not needed or appropriate for you.
