Standard SAE Evaluation

This evaluation uses the DAST, MAST, and AUDIT to assess your substance use behavior.  This evaluation is the minimum evaluation accepted by most agencies; however, once submitted, some agencies will require a more extensive evaluation.  If this occurs, you will need to purchase an add-on service to complete the extended version.

SALCE (extended) Evaluation

This assessment includes the Substance Abuse / Life Circumstance Evaluation Survey which is a detailed evaluation that generates a professional report that many courts and other agencies prefer.  The SALCE assesses an individual’s substance use/abuse by examining a range of behavior.  Highly recommended as your choice for an assessment.

SASSI (extended) Evaluation

This evaluation includes the Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory which is a detailed evaluation that generates a professional report that many courts and other agencies prefer.  Highly recommended as your choice for an assessment. 

ASI (Addiction Severity Index)

This assessment scores a person’s status in several major areas and helps to determine one’s need for treatment or other types of rehabilitation.  ASI-MV (Addiction Severity Index-Multimedia Version) is the electronic version of the traditional paper and pencil administered ASI.
